A colleague and I swapped Quan.TM sessions during a Thai Partner Yoga Therapy training lunch hour. It felt so wonderful to again have a facilitated session. I was surprised that it felt just as wonderful to facilitate one for my colleague the following day. I was as renewed as if I had received one. What a great work!
I had the privilege of learning from an acute bodily injury just what Quan.TM was capable of affecting. It was a fantastic study and I am grateful and humbled by the results.
I've loved my meditations and am grateful for their healing effect in my life. I appreciate its adaptability. I can meditate for a couple hours or for a few minutes depending on the time budgets of the day. I am thankful I know it and can facilitate and share it with everyone.

Wholeness after abuse
Facilitating Quan.TM for anyone is a gift. It turned out to be extra gratifying to help a friend who experienced one of the most hideous abuses in childhood. I am humbled to have a tool that offers immense compensation to one who has experienced such and truly any atrocity in life. I am grateful once again for Quan.TM's effective means of releasing things without having to relive them or even talk about them.
Hallelujah.

Perquisites of Meditation
In all my studies this month of Ayurveda required for my Thai Partner Yoga Therapy Certification, I've come across quite a few stellar studies showing IMMENSE benefits from meditation. The findings are unmatched by any drug, supplement, exercise, or surgery. Were any of the latter to have met the criteria meditation was achieving, the news would be ablaze, shelves would be bare, gyms and operating tables would be full.
Meditation is described in the books so it can be understood, but the learner is always directed to learn meditation from a qualified instructor or ayurvedic doctor. How choice that I know it and get to teach it to clients in Quan.TM! The difference between Quan.TM and normal meditation is the techniques used in Quan.TM ramp the novice meditator up to an advanced meditator status...like they've been practicing meditation for 10 years. It only takes 3-5 sessions and then you are on your way to your own perquisites of meditation.
I've already touched on the incredible benefits Quan.TM has for Post Traumatic Stress, but here are some more of the amazing benefits of meditation:
*Reversal in the aging process-studies found that for every year a person practiced meditation, a year of their biological age was taken off.
*Raises DHEA
*Freedom from Addictions-these studies were done with hard core drugs like heroine and barbituates so think what they can do for things like controlling people, shopping, porn, eating, nicotine and alcohol. AND, they were freed without the "monkey on the back" techniques that most group recovery programs use--meditation is prone or sitting...DOING NOTHING!
Then some of the usual and expected:
*Reduces high blood pressure
*Lowers abnormally high cholesterol levels
*Less Doctor visits-Children (0-18) went to the doctor 46.8% less
Young Adults (19-39) went 54.7% less
Older Adults (40 and over) went 73.7% less
The beauty of meditation is it gives your mind and body a space to rebalance, to remember the correct DNA patterns for each cell, and create the ideal.
The fact that I can do it laying around or sitting...PRICELESS!
